Our server was also very good despite the large number of guests. We ate at the Grand Via buffet and I must say that the crab legs, prime rib and mashed potatoes were great. Winstar does a good job with the friendly staff and courteous hosts. I did have some difficulty sleeping due to the mattress not being quite to my liking, but that is a personal gripe and may not affect anyone else. Everything appeared to be in good repair. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye. The complimentary water was a much appreciated touch. Our room was nice, clean and well stocked with a great view of the pool area.
